ReplyDeleteMy name is Sandra Chia from Beach House Pictures, a documentary production house based in Singapore. We are currently working on the second season of a documentary series on History Channel titled “Hidden Cities”. The host, Anthony Morse uncovers forgotten civilisation and stories beneath bustling cities in Asia. In one of the stories for the Malaysian episode, we are investigating the history, cultures and traditions of the Melanau tribe. We had come across your blog during our research work and would like to get in touch with you to see if you have any contacts to any Melanau Chief, villagers or experts whom we can invite to join in the filming of our program.
Our production dates are between 13-23 September in East Malaysia namely in Sarawak, Kuching and Miri area but the exact filming schedule has not been locked down. We are also pleased to advise that we have a filming permit from PUSPAL (the federal Govt) for this programme.
